How much does shipping cost?
Rates for regular shipping to addresses in the United States are based upon the total cost of your merchandise.

You will be charged shipping & handling only once. Any subsequent backorder item shipped in a separate package will not incur ad additional shipping & handling charge. There are express options available at an additional cost. These charges are in addition to the regular charges listed above: 2-day for $25.00 and overnight for $35. Overnight shipping is not available to residents of Alaska and Hawaii. However, 2-day is available for an additional $25. Express shipping is NOT available to P.O. Boxes, for out-of-stock items.

How long does shipping take?
We ship in-stock items from our factory within 24-hours of credit approval. Orders received after 1PM, on weekends or on holidays will be shipped the following business day. You will be notified regarding backordered items and expected delays. Allow 7-10 business days for regular shipping.
Express shipping options are also available on orders shipped within the continental United States. (Overnight shipping is not available to residents of Alaska and Hawaii).

Can I order from Canada?
Customers from Canada can order online, over the telephone or by mail. Shipping costs $10.95. When purchasing Raskal merchandise, note that all prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Your credit card will convert your total order amount based on that day's U.S.-Canadian dollar exchange rate. If you are paying by check or money order, you may use a currency converter on the web like http://www.canada.com/ or http://www.customhouse.com/ to estimate your order total in your own currency. Remember taxes and duties may be accessed by Canadian customs and are your responsibility.

What's your return policy?
You may return any non-sale merchandise you are not satisfied with for up to 60 days from the time you receive it. You may choose from the following options (depending upon your original pay method):
-Exchange for new item(s)
-Return money to credit card
-Receive refund check
-Receive catalog credit
*Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE. We will gladly exchange on sale merchandise within 15 days from the time you receive it.

How do I return a product?
Inside every My Bubble Bag order you will find an invoice/packing slip which is your printed receipt. Keep this information in case you need to make a return/exchange. You will not be charged shipping & handling charges on exchange orders. Simply call for your Return Authorization Number (RMA) and ship back the product.Once we recieve it we will exchange it and send it back to you freight free.

Have you received my return?
Please allow 2-3 weeks, from the time you mailed us your package, for us to receive and process your return/exchanges.
